My First Grow And Journal

ima switch its light cycle because i wanna get it to like 12 inches at least before i induce flowering. im useing a cfl for my blue dream so if that helps idk. u guys are very helpful. any other info would be appreciated. thank you. @ greather420

Well the last couple days .. i been having this problem where my house constantly smells like herb.. couldnt figure out why.. I did break my own rule and smoke in the house the other night.. but its not going away.. I noticed it was stronger in the room my grow is in ... but I couldnt figure out why... My flower tent is under constant negative pressure.. and if you go outside.. where it is exhausted.... just smells like fresh carbon . So i went by my veg area.. wow.. strong odor... so i went through the 10 or so plants in there.. and I have one strain aquired from a friend called Alien OG. This thing stinks worse then my plants that are 21 days in flower. So plan for tonight is.. transplant the two Alien OG's and Squeeeeezem into the flower tent .... that way the odor is gone .. and I get to see how good this stinky girl is ... So ill take some pics tonight of the two new additions. I have a question for you guys.. I was getting ALOT of verticil stretch when I first went to flower.. but now its 20 days in or so .. it seems to be slowing down.. im not raising my lights everynite ... will their growth pretty much stop at this point? I mean buds are forming all over but the actual size of the plant.. how much does it slow down after the initial stretch. I only ask because I dont wanna put too many plants in .. and then have the force eachother out?

You don't smoke in the house? Eek, I would die. As far as the stretching - I usually count on it being done around day 30 or so, and then the majority of the energy shifts towards producing buds. Alien OG - sounds dank.

Cool well hopefully it all fits till finish.. Ya I dont really know the exact genetics that make up this Alien OG .. but its has fat indica leaves.. but is a little more sativa looking then my Hindu kush.. .Im hoping its dank since its stinking everything up in veg .. little bastards but I have to admit.. its kinda of a cool prob lol .. smells o so good

We don't know the genetics of that alien og, but it is always in the collectives up here and it is fire!

Little preview of what Im gonna try to squeeze into my flower tent tonight 2 Alien Dog OG's 2 Querkle's from a different breeder then the current I have in flower and 2 Purple Kush.. O ya and 1 white widow.. WE will see what fits.. Hopefully atleast 1 of each Now I just got to wait for the lights to come on

well its day 21 flower.. please excuse the pics... I didnt edit a couple that come up sideways... I just snapped a couple under the HPS's while I was making some room for 2 new additions.. I put a white widow in .. little over 14 or so inches tall and a 1 foot querkle. They both look awfully alike .. so hopefully it wasnt a labeling error .. but we will see . Im gonna get a alien dog in tomorrow im hoping .

This is one side of the tent .. has 2 chemdogs from sensi seeds.. a cotton candy(thought this was blueberry then my friend who gave me the momma came over and corrected me lol) and a purple kush. The PK and Cotten Candy were moms from another collective member.. I needed something to fill out the side of the tent with the chems since they decided to be so damn tall.

Hey paws ... this is my first grow so I really have nothing to reference on .. SO .. im glad ur saying there gonna be big buds.. cus I have no idea.. just seems they are forming fast.. and I keep looking at my calender like shyt.. i got 5-8 weeks to go..

@ alotaball- You should start comparing them with Bic lighters when there small and hopefully you can graduate to coke bottles or bigger

Day 25 Flower!! Not really a big update.. ill just throw some pictures up I snapped today while watering and cleaning the glass on the hoods... This is only some of the plants.. I will do a more detailed update in a week or so. IM loving how frosty things are starting to get .. and the smell ahhhh

Blue dream coming along.. its so hard to get the whole plant in the picture so I apoligize... all of the plants are filling in so beautifully..

tonight will be day 30 Since 12/12.. ill update tonight when the lights come on .. Some plants are looking good and full .. some of the sativa's got a little ways to go .... Catch you guys in a few hours..

Day 30! FLOWER... Im baked on my buddies Purple Kush harvest.. been trimming all night.. sooo... ill make this quick.. not much to update.. except I feel like everyday is xmas when the lights turn on.. They are looking beautiful.. and Im already thinking about what I can do better next time. I figure I got 2-3 weeks on the Indica's left.. and longer for my chem's and blue dream. Well here is a couple photos.. ill do more detailed updates when it gets closer to finish time on these girls.

Here is the Cotton Candy/ bubble Gum/ something Kush.. My buddy at the collective I got it from has changed his mind on what it is numerous times now lol.. its now my favorite.. is turning purple from the inside out.. and my temps are never very low. I have one of these in my veg closet so I cant wait to taste it.. SMELLS super FRUity.. and has the denses buds so far.. not really fair comparison though since it looks very indica and is prob one of the closest to finish.. im hoping 3 weeks? Anyhow.. heres the pics






Here is some pics of the ChemDog Girls .. from Green House seeds.. they are identical about so I will just put these pics together.. they are about 4 ft.. and my light is at the top of my tent already.. but I think they stopped growing vertically over the last week or so.. they are really starting to fill in now too.. but they are definetly behind the indica's ... since they are a Hybrid.










This is the purple Kush mother that I also got from a buddy at the collective.. she looks pretty sativa.. and a little behind .. but SOOO many budsites and hairs.. cant wait to see how she finishes.. she's a leaner .. I got her when she was already pretty large.. so I couldnt do much but support her. I had to get this mom and the Kush mom.. to flower on the side with the chemdogs..since they got sooo big on me and I didnt know how to train or anything.. plan on trying to learn those techinics next.. Ok here we go with the Purple Kush

So im learning the strains.. She has tons of bud sites too.. and tons of colors comin in




I have 11 total in flower now.. 9 of them went in 30 days ago.. and the 2 new additions are about a week in .. ill get them more involved soon.. I have a white widow.. and a querkle.. also have some alien OG's I really want to flower.. but am waiting for some to be done.
