my box

i have
a grow box thats like 6Wx8Hx3D
a 400 w hps and mh conversion bulb
a vortex fan with a speed controller
carbon filter
i also have an air purifier

i just got done with my 1st grow ,i was just testing the waters and the water was pretty nice with my next grow ill be making a grow journal if i can figure out how to do it

i was curious how many plants you think i could get in there i was thinking like 6 or 8? also how possible is it to divide the box in half vertically and hang another light and have like4 vegging and 4 budding would it vent well would and what if i just use cfls on the otherside so it doesnt build up as much heat

ya that sounds good. split the box and get two rooms going... dpending on how good your fan is you can merge both ducts together into the one carbon filter. You can fit probably 6 plants with a 400watter any more and the bottom leaves dont get enough light. You want >3gal. buckets for that as well so they take up a lot of room. CFL's will be fine for your veggin room and just use the HPS bulb for flowering.
