How do you know its K problem? your using 5-1-1 i think the N is a little low for vegging most companies have 7 for N like Fox Farm or Dyna. Also ive never heard of Kellogg soil.. Does the soil contain anything to buffer anything you put into the soil? I would get rid of cardboard box on the bottom, get some .25cent round trays from walmart put a fresh set of cardboard. The cardboard retains water can probably cause mold and other wierd shit when wet. Get some soil in a small container add some water let it sit for 10-15min than test pH of that water, this is your soils pH. Once you've discovered that it is between 6.5-7 you should be good.

Now you might have a number of problems since you pic looks like mites, other nute burn and other def. Keep in mind some def look very similar to others and is hard at first to figure it out but once you see it you will remember next time. Flush your plants don't feed 2x than return to feeding. Now remember when you add nutes to water it changes pH of water. Could be a lot of items bro just take it one step at a time.

ppm yes for nute burn if he's feeding to heavy which i think he might be if hes feeding every watering and if the soil is not up to par he could have salt build up locking out nutes... There's a lot going on, could be anything.
