my 1st grow journal w/ pix- 6 white widow girls in a bubbleponics

i segest soking the seeds for 24 hours in distilled water then placing them in rockwool cubes that are sitting in a plastic tray with a lil bit of water under it. put that in a warm dark spot like in a clean closet or something like similar

i fear the end is near. my girls have taken a turn for the worse. i'm too upset to post pictures right now but i will when i get home. i gave them all the love i had. i spent so much time and money on them. now theyre leaving me. and ill have nothign to show for it except $400 worth of shit i cant use. why? why god??

on the brighter side, perhaps this just saved my ass from an imminent incursion with the fuzz? guess im just trying to see the glass half full. but in reality, its pretty much totally empty.

i wish all the rest of u the best luck in the world with your babies. perhaps i will try again someday.

Are you able to determine what went wrong? maybe try getting seeds from online and try again? i remember you saying you were given clones from a friend...do you not trust getting seeds online, or just dont want to bother with that?

damn man im sorry for your loss, i lost some clones a while back cause i didnt have my med license at the time so a friend of a friend had to pick them out for us, there was like no root growth its a same considering they are 20 bucks a clone.
but all is not lost for you, you should just mod your setup.
you might be able to use your pump and res and buy a trey and make a flood type system.(i dont know what its realy called)

if you look like 5 minutes in to this he shows a really good step by step for building it, and i think you should be able to use most of the parts you have now.

thx for the support gweese, OG, luka... i 'preciate the suggestions too. on a brighter note, my awesome friend gweenthumb said he's gonna hook me up with more baby clones! and this time he even offered to help me out with my first grow.. since it appears i'm incapable of handling it by myself..

hey gweese, ya ur pretty much correct.. i got clones from a friend.. and no im not really comfortable having seeds shipped to my house... but, my roommate will be in amsterdam in a few days and is goign to bring some seeds home. (sweet!) but i'm also gettin more clones from my friend gweenthumb...
as far as what went wrong, i think it was a combination of many, many things, however thigns started out in a bad way. lemme explain. when i first got my 6 little girls, the night i put the clones in rockwool they were looking kinda.. wilt-ey.. but thats to be expected having been just cut off the plant. but, the next morning i arose to find them looking quite happy, lively, spritely.. lol.. so i did something *brilliant* and lowered my 400w grow light to about 18 inches. BAD IDEA. i came back a few hours later, the temp was like 88 degrees, and the babies were screaming bloody murder at me [ in the sense that they were wilting all over the place]. i strongly believe it was this initial fuck-up that damned their future.

but, here's something kinda.. well i dunno what to think abou tit. i turned the light off but left them in their baskets -- they have actually started to look BETTER without having been given any light at all over the last 4-5 days. i turned the pumps off too, so the only way they've survived this long is by drinking right out of the reservoir. im really surprised with no light that they havent started looking worse.... *light bulb above head just now* -- idea: i wonder if this means that the light was too hot the whole time?

es possible.... it is considerably hotter in your set up then other fictional grow sites i may have not been accessed too at all really.. ya try and figure that out..
