My 14 day old seedling is laying down

Hi Folks!

Brand spankin' newbie here. I am looking for some help identifying what to do with one of my seedlings.

Her name is Agnes, and she is a 14 day old Girl Scout Cookie autoflower seedling. Yesterday, she started laying down and I noticed her stem is a little purple near the bottom. I suspect that I overwatered her, but have been letting her dry out and she doesn't seem to be springing back up.

Some additional details:
- She is planted right now in HP Pro Mix with Mycorrhizae (I have not yet applied any nutrients)
- She is getting 18 hours of light per day from my AC Infinity LED board at 40-50% and 1.5 ft of space
- She was standing up healthy until yesterday.
- I have been PHing any water she gets to approx. 6.5
- Her environment is pretty consistently (daytime) at 72-75 F and approx 65-70% RH

Not sure if I should be thinking of transplanting (seems early), or if I should just have some patience and hope she pops back up.

Need some advice pretty please!

Prop it up. Bury the stem when you transplant.

When you say "prop it up" what would you recommend? I was thinking about it, but was worried that anything I stick into the soil could damage the root structure.... thoughts?

Not planted deep enough I think. Be careful

you could use a shotglass or soemthing similar. it just needs a tiny bit of support. be gentle.

That thing wont be bothered at all by you sticking something in the soil. Dont be scared, it'll be fine

Ignore it - its realigning itself to light.

Have you ever had a seedling that size damp off before?

make sure you have good air circulation in the growing space.
Agnes will appreciate it.

I was thinking the same thing, looking at the plant stem, looks like it may be heading toward the dreaded damping off pinch..

It happens, usually only one dicot forms or no leaves grow. Its a runt either way.

WTF..
It looks like a bent seedling.

Add an inch of soil and cut back on watering
It will recover

Little more than that going on and probably more than a rookie can handle but good luck to them, 2 out of 3 ain’t bad.

Another vote for damping off, which is most common with over-watered seedlings. You likely keep your substrate too wet.
