Do you have a fan blowing to create a slight breeze? This will make for strong stems.

I would raise the temps to 80f. 72f is not warm enough, and it wont use water as fast as it could at a higher temp. I wouldnt let it go below 75f when lights are out.

What is the wattage of your LED? By the looks of how slow its growing, I suspect its not getting enough light. Id crank it up to at least 75%. This should also help it use more water.
I would also feed it with a 10% of recommended dose of food. Every watering. I myself use Promix BX, and start feeding seedlings at 10% strength as soon as the pop up through the medium. I also start my seedling under 1000w Hortilux HPS at 24 inches, and about 82f. I give seedlings strong light from day one. They get it outside, why not inside? Ive dont it this way for 45 years. But in the beginning used 1000w Halide, as in the 70s HPS didnt have any blue in it.

Do you have good fresh air flow??
