i personally grow hybrids, sativa dom but the in breeding of a bit of indica keeps em shorter , just repeating stuff,,,
BUT, i have watched a few friends grow a straight sativa, and yes, they are TALL Linky girls, and just seem to never stop,,,,

Growin w CFLs requires a lil Xtra effort n creativity...Def not ideal w the pheno I got now...But I'll just deal w it...

I brought home 90 seeds from an ounce I bought in Mexico....this was a dominate sativa strain and the stretch was crazy but eventually stopped
three of the plants were at least 4 feet tall....the runt was about 3 feet tall

a 600 watt HPS....yup they were big colas but not so much underneath

they were grown in 2L pop bottles (hempy style - perlite/vermiculite)....and sit in a peanut jar to stabilize and contain any drippings

decent but not my best....for sure my smoke was better than the pot from Mexico
I found them to be time consuming plants to complete, but I've been told Sativa's take longer to finish than Indica's

N yeah ISK I'm prepared for an extended flower cycle...10-12 weeks minimum...N that's jus a guess...I'll just watch her n scope her...B end of week 4 in a few days...N the way her buds are lookin now is usually where most indica n hybrids I grow are at at mid week 2-3...It is what it is...It's not ideal but I'll roll w it...The other seed I popped n grew out from this same batch was more indica leaning...Guess I got the Sativa pheno this round...I'm not pressed for time...N got plenty of closet n lights to work w n make it happen...
