You are in veg, right? I haven't ever really used GH I didn't know the bloom formula was in veg. How much do you put in there?

Ya veg..but still feed tiny bit of bloom .. the ratio im doing is 10ml grow 5ml micro 2.5bloom .. per gallon .. my ppm was at 601 with that ratio last night .

I do the same thing when I go into flower(but opposite)... then slowly ill drop grow out after about 3 weeks of flower (soil)

I really have been wanting a pup bad lately. Thing is I moved in and they said no pets, probably be ohk if I tell them I will give them a deposit and what not. I have a smaller apartment. This is the puppy I want though.

I used to say I dont need guns.. I trained in mma , kickboxing and ju jitsu for a while.. but once I fucked my back up and got all out of shape.. I decided to make self defense a little easier.. no matter how bad my back feels that day.. I can still protect my family

I don't want to give them a reason you know? If I had a dog I would obviously have to take it on walks and whatnot. A grow stays relatively indoors. Like I said, if I go," Yo, Landlord-homie here's a bunch of money if you let me have a dog. And you can keep said money if I fsck up your place." That just keeps them outta my business, if that makes sense. It's like taking the initiative. There isn't anything in my lease saying I can't grow my own meds. There is a little part in the about pets. They could kick me out, charge me more rent, basically be all up in my shit.

Ps Did I mention I'm a chef, totally sucks not having a stove.

Shoot I have basically quit using my stove because it was heating up my apartment and when I turned off the pilot, the stove won't light again. The top sure will, but not a goddamn thing I do to this oven pilot gets it to come on. Almost wish I hadn't of turned it off, how was I supposed to know? It came with the apartment obviously and if I call to get it checked out they might come up on the grow. It is a 1 bedroom apartment I moved my bed into the living room and made it a studio. The bedroom became the grow room. Trust me I don't think they would miss the giant bed in the living room and they would definitely ask questions. I will wait til this grow is over.

Oh yeah, there is one of these kinds of dogs in Jorge Cervantes Marijuana Grower's Bible Protecting some clippings it's real cute haha

Ya I know what you mean .. Some indoor breeds do ok without walks .. but .. I like to let my dogs live outdoors as well... Is a move in the near future for you ? I hope so sounds like your getting held back on lots of things you enjoy..

Im not a cook but I love cooking ! My dad was a chef at the Del Cornado in San Diego .. Wish I would of followed that path.. Cooking is awesome .. and its kinda theraputic like growing .. Plus it makes people happy ..

Matter of fact my son and I are grilling tonight and he is all jazzed cus were making a salad from the veggies in the garden.. never thought a 3 year old could be so into veggies

Do you do anything in the culinary field? That would be a kick ass line of work if you can make it lucrative ya know.

I want to get a degree in Nutrition and maybe do that on the side. While I make gourmet edibles, I kind of want to make that a real business. I used to have a delivery service, filed with the State and everything. I'm sure I could get along with edibles and selling them to a dispensary or few. I plan on rental a commercial kitchen and doing it up right with nutrition labels and good packaging. Not too many of those out there, and NONE that I have had that were any good. I personally don't like the taste of weed in my brownie, at the very least I shouldn't taste it over the chocolate. A good friend of mine owns a dispensary and I saw what can go on behind the scenes. Mostly, that I was the guy making the brownies and things that they had (out of another one of his friends' apartments). Don't take that the wrong way, he runs a very legitimate shop. It's cheaper to do that stuff with your waste though. Could you imagine the dopest ham and swiss Croissant that is made with canna butter. I hate seeing Canna butter with leafs and plant matter in it, kind of makes me sick. Sorry I am ranting a little bit, it's a passion.

While I am doing all of that I am going to continue on with school. I am going to try and get into the field of Nutritional Psychology. and while doing all of that....I want to get a master's in horticulture/botany. So, I think I'll round out with a doctorate in Nutritional psychology and a master's in Horticulture (maybe a double doctorate or something). And have had a successful business promoting the use of marijuana as a medical homeopathic remedy to pretty much everything that ails the human mind and body. Haha little bit of an exaggeration on that last part. You know what I am getting at though. And having a horticulture degree and a degree in nutritional psychology will go along way together I believe.

Money doesn't last, knowledge is forever. It's not about the paper, it's about all the stuff that I will know that most other people won't haha

You can make alot of money right now if you do it right.. but for how long .. who knows.. could be till you die.. could be tomorrow.. I just cant live like that when I have a family to support..

I'm going for it too. Fuck it. I have nothing to lose and much to gain! When the law changes and turns a law abiding caregiver into a criminal (which under federal law I technically already am) then I'll look to start something else. Hopefully by then I have some money saved up so I can go into business for myself. Like you said it could be years from now or tomorrow. Guess I'll have to see what happens!

Man I tried the school thing and I'm not that type of learner. I'm a kinesthetic learner... If I read too much and try to hold info in, my brain starts to smoke lol

LOL thats kinda where im at.. I make really good money .. but my job is literally killing me .. I have a back of a 60 year old.. and the labor if breaking me the fuck down.. but im 27 .. and have 2 kids and a wife to support.. so its not like I can go back to school you know.. so i just roll with the punches.. pray my back holds up and try to live for the moment... I have lots of hobbies/ talents.. So if I get to the point I cant do my job anymore.. I would prob have to move out of state.. Grow to keep myself afloat while I changed career fields..

But for right now . it stays a hobby ya know.. but you and steeze.. dont have the commitment .. and really have nothing to lose .. even if you get caught.. chances are your not going to get in much trouble because of the medical laws.. For me its just too much risk because if I go to jail for even a weekend.. i lose my job...

But the risk to reward ratio is great for you guys! and fuck we all love doing obviously ... who knows .. maybe these grow journals will be resume's for phillip and morris when pot goes legal and they need " growing professionals " LOL
