You can take clones from a flowering mother . They'll just take longer while they re veg . Got pics ?

My guess she flowered because of stress, like 24/7 light.

Would it be safe to take clones from her? I’d hate to grow it out for it not to be good potent product

yes it can still be safe to clone here but clones can do the same auto flowering behavior if stressed or root bound..
pinching the flowers off will not help speed up reveg, it may in fact slow it down as it is more stress to the plant

I have never re-flowered a plant after revegging, I usually take clones, let them grow out and go from there. I have red that a revegged plant may be less potent but I cannot confirm that..
