Most efficient way to germinate seeds for dwc

Any suggestions currently going the soak method waiting till they drop to bottom then put in rapid rooter as end up put slit put inside cover with piece of rooter then put dome on and towel over dome to block out light then once something breaks surface will have them under 4 t5’s until time to transfer to aero clone or oxyclone ? Or should just put right into dwc system?
