monsoon trouble

Bingo! I will say this, if others have failed it's most like due to poor planning. Make absolutely sure that you don't hit any of the root structure when digging, have your donor pot/bag/container right there and ready. Water it immediately and B1 can help with transplanting.

no digging, it's in a pot already

If you can replicate a good environment indoors then there will be no issue.

Other than possible pest insects coming inside with the plant.

i have an unused restroom, would that do, it's got a nice cfl light...but you need air or a fan right? It's just that i can get the room set for 12/12 real easy

You want air flow of some kind yes. even if it's just a stationary 20" fan like this:

Just remember that cannabis tends to root out more than down so make sure you give plenty of room around it when you dig. These are very hardy plants and can tolerate a lot of rain - but then there is bud rot to worry about. I wonder about top dressing with some perlite and fluffy potting soil / peat moss.

Huh? Not sure but my outdoor plants tap roots went pretty deep lol. Sativa root was like 2' long, but his is in a pot so guess its as big as the pot lol.
