Someone we know in Ontario down Toronto way
just got raided a few days ago
his girl friend was taken to jail and was in a holding cell
it took HC two days to verify..everything had been chopped down
and returned to them..they now have a 3000$ lawyers bill
its my duty to tell you this
its hard for the law to know whats actually going on..
and HC response is less than immediate
the suggestion someone made months ago to also get your acmpr is not unfounded

That's bullshit! He can add the cost of his legal bills to his claim for false arrest, loss of medicine ( at the same value the pigs claim it's worth when they bust you) and for emotional distress and public embarrassment.
As for giving up my mmar - NEVER gonna happen. I won't be bullied or intimidated into giving up my court protected documents - or the perks that come with possessing them. If your friend can prove the intent was to intimidate him, it could be a much bigger story.

what are the circumstances surrounding the raid? Were pinks valid or expired?...need a little more Info here....

Just asking! But what did the lawyer do other than collect 3000??????????
When HC finally responded I'm sure all charges were dropped if everything was returned to them..

the RCMP in my town know I have my Pinks and have no problem with it. At one time a few years back they even went to bat for me and got back my shipment from Canada post who seized my Meds and told me they did not care if it was legal they were going to destroy them anyway. two days after the RCMP called them my Meds arrived in my mail box all freshly wrapped in Canada Post paper never had a problem with my shipments since.

I’d be worried handing my pinks to a cop. There so hot headed and seen like they know it all about everything. Personally not worth the interaction so I got my acmpr.

They don’t know who you are...unless you signed with kammermans

It’s the cops I have a hard time trusting. They see the date, loose there shit and it’s down hill from there. I’m only acmpr because the injunction doesn’t help me.

If you are MMAR and you go into the ACMPR to find a new grower....does that mean you have zero protections from the MMAR rulings made by Phelan or do you still belong to both?
