Mites, and how to rid yourself of them..

Depends on what you are using.
Most products go over the ratio's for different stages and warn about others.

Might wash works just fine in all stages where others can not be used to early or after they begin to flower which is why I use it.
I do not like to mix chemicals and if I were to treat my girls with one in veg and then another in flower that's exactly what I would be doing.

I plan on getting some and hitting everything on a schedule so I never go through this shit again. Thanks Buddy. Merry Christmas. We made the Playoffs.

If anyone cares, I bombed my room with flea bombs. (you have to look for the pyrethrim ingredient). I got mites from a clone that I brought in from a friend. I sprayed all of my plants with neem oil and the stuff works, but the smell is nasty and I swear that I can taste it on my buds! The mites returned with the next run of plants and I sprayed them with Mighty Wash and it wiped them out instantly. I resprayed 5 days later and haven't seen mites in 5 wks. That's some good damn $40 water!!!!!

My buddy used DOCTOR DOOM and it killed all the mites, along with all the clones and all most a couple of plants. he really sprayed it on them heavy tho. 3 people in the house felt sick and both dogs... I use azamax and dont have any mite problems.

BTW, I was just wondering if anyone has had problems with taste after spraying mighty wash? as I said I could taste the neem oil.

I know how to get rid of mites. Put buddy ganga in the room and they will run for the hills.

Mighty wash is actually just frequency water. You don't dilute it, just use it straight out of the bottle which means its not very cost effective. Mighty wash does not kill eggs either.

Mites become immune to any spray after a week so you want to alternate with two different products. I like to alternate between zero tolerance and azamax. I would only use mighty wash for late flower, and to the guy that said he tasted neem oil in his bud after a mighty wash application, I regret to inform you that there isn't any oil in mighty wash.

The best way to spray mites off for good is with an electric paint sprayer. You can just use cinnamon oil and water, or eucalyptus soap and water. The sprayer cost as much as mighty wash but will destroy mites like no other.

This is kind of ridiculous that there are 12 pages of useless information with misinformed people guessing what certain products are. Open a new tab and read before you make pointless comments plugging over hyped products. This is a place for people to learn from experienced gardeners.

Might wash does kill eggs. If it didn't then the mites would come back after a few weeks and they don't.

I am not plugging "a" product I'm plugging "solution's".

Mighty Wash does work and it works very well. On the mites and their eggs and that's not a guess and it's not based on "write up's" or rumors, it's based on my own "research and experience using the product"..

And the poster that mentioned tasting neem clearly stated they tasted neem after using neem, not after using mighty wash.
Doesn't matter how many new tabs you open if you are unable to process/comprehend what you are reading.

There are many factors involved in figuring the cost effectiveness of any product, not just the purchase price.
As far as I'm concerned, Might Wash is worth it's weight in Gold, and I'd pay twice as much for the same gallon based on the "results" I've personally seen in my grow..


I've "personally" used the majority of other products out there including Mighty Wash to know the difference, I guess that offered information must have gotten lost in the mix with all of the "misinformation" you seem to think fills this thread.

So the question is, have you ever used it personally to know what it does/doesn't do ?

Like I stated I use mighty wash in late flowering. I'm not saying that it's a bad product, I'm just say there are cheaper products out there that are just as effective. Late flower mighty wash is the only product I would use.

I work retail hydroponics, so I deal with mites every once in a while from people dragging them in our shop. I have worked with many products, so I can provide people with honest answers from my experience. As far as misinformation, I'm directing that comment to the people guessing what was in mighty wash rather than opening a link and reading up on it. Don't be so quick to jump the gun I was just trying to help clean up your thread.

So you use zero tolerance and azamax, then mighty wash in late flowering? You must have some serious pest issues. I had mites once and used MIghty wash once, that was that. I normally don't spray anything on my plants unless it's necessary, and I only used mighty wash once. That was 6 months ago. Two months ago a friend of mine had mites really bad, he used mighty wash once, that's all that was needed. And I only used 8 oz. out of a gallon. How is using other shit cheaper? Unless you're a filthy pig and are constantly exposing your plants to shit, I don't see how you would need all those treatments.
