Hi All

We have at last managed to get a gateway to accept Card payments again. Will be advertising on RIU again soon and running promotions asap. Sorry to have been away sooooooooo long

When a customer doesn't want stealth shipping honor their request. I didn't want stealth,it was shipped stealth in a dvd case and promptly seized by customs. I honestly think if it hadn't been sent in a oh so obvious dvd case it would have made it through customs. I was very disappointed that MWS refused to resend my order because I didn't pay for stealth. What was the dvd case for? Needless to say my next $150 order went to TSSC. I was really looking forward to doing business with you folks.

May I ask how you know it was sent with a dvd case please Mathewscott?

If you send a photo of the package as it arrived and if you specifically asked for no stealth then we will do something about it. If you just refused to pay the insurance and it was seized then there is nothing we can do sorry. Email any photos to [email protected] and I will look into it

I don't have a photo a declined stealth shipping. My point is if it had not been put in a dvd case which is at the top of customs suspicious items list and been sent in a plain envolpe this would not have happened. It was only $41 order. Which was a test run order. On average I normally spend $500 to $600 a year with suppliers. I guess I will just stick TSSC they now ship from the U.S. which is much more convenient then dealing with the customs issues.
