Micro Business

With legalization in the ballots for this fall, one of the clauses is that there will be micro businesses allowed. Now I don't too much about a micro business but I assume it won't make the people who entering the new MMFLA world too happy. Has anyone heard what this micro entails regarding the regulations? Will this be as strict as the MMFLA and capitalization requirements? 150 plant count and the person can't sell to provisioning centers. They must sell directly to the consumer which in my opinion might be better for a bottom line, no more low ball offers from dispensaries. Anybody with some insight about this?

2.5oz private sales and 12 plants last I seen. sorry I think I'm thinking of something different.well bump for the thread :)
Hope they keep it simple like every other small business just apply in your county clerks office maybe a health inspection if making edibles.
The ballot proposal would:

Legalize the possession and sale of up to 2.5 ounces of marijuana for personal, recreational use for people over the age of 21. But an individual could keep up to 10 ounces of marijuana at home

That's just for personal grows. They added a micro business section for people who can't get into the mmfla due to high capital requirement and business acumen. The micro business is for 150 plant grow and you can sell directly to people and not to dispensaries.

They will make up and change the rules mid game or should I say mid play. Just like Colorado did. Fucked alot of people over haaving to rearrange there entire operation to comply with bullshit rules mid play. I won't even get into the fuckery of the former republic of California's laws.

I'm going to personally take the route Scott at raredankness took. Wait till all the bullshit fuckery is sorted out by the state, build up capital, keep selecting and collecting superb plants, and design the most efficient highest quality grow. I pulled 12oz from each of my 10 plants in a 3kw grow in promix with veg+bloom last run. Pretty sure 150 plant grow i would have a fuck ton of weed.

When I first seen it I was like, awesome they actually threw us a bone. Then again I was like wait, all these people are spending hundrends of thousands of dollars to play in the mmfla game why would they not try to get it removed from this bill or changed like you said. You put it in a great way and just wait, save and learn. I believe I read or someone told me that rare dankness got a lot of money from investors to grow in CO.

Beyond all of the State regulation, each municipality will also be able to add their own regulations, much like the MMFLA, I imagine......if in fact, they opt to allow such facilities to begin with.....which many will not.

Yeah that's what I was thinking. Trying to find property thats affordable or a landlord that will allow you to grow is extremely difficult.

I just talked with a group of investors and growers that are building a growing facility in nwl Michigan and wow is all I can say! They are litterally making every mistake I have seen others make that failed or had a very rough go at this in other states. I'm sorry but if you were never a great grower in your basement you will never be a great grower if you build a million dollar grow. You will be a flat broke grower! These people think they are going to run an entire grow from their smart phone and trim it all with machines from there phone and get rich LMFAO! :wall:

Dang, well I guess that's good to hear when I'm outside looking in. What are they doing wrong if you don't mind explaining? Are they just cutting corners or just automating too much like you said?
