I never achieved moderation...so eventually I gave up......on moderation...then much later, I stopped drinking all together. My worst addiction. Opiates were nothing compared to alcohol.
But, I'd say my main addiction is no moderation.

One of my grand daughters was prescribed OxyContin for a back injury, who would of ever though heaven and hell could be made in pill form.
