O oddly slandered Bush back in 2008 regardless of the fact that he was not actually running against him.

O's statements (July 3, 2008) here haunt me as I now look forward to my young daughters future as an American that I was once proud to be.

I just cannot make this shit up, nor explain it to my daughter :( Am I unaware of something here that everyone else just "knows"? What can we expect from the next four years from this man?

I don't expect shit from him. He may harm America, who knows. But he isn't preaching that he is an absolute enemy of mj and that affects me as directly as anything. Maybe Romney would be much better for America as a whole, I sure as fuck don't want him to lock me up along his way, that's where I drew my line. Fuck that ass clown.

Let's all hope we have real candidates next election.

I just don't make that same assumption as the principle of States Rights and/or the 10th Amendment from a federal perspective down makes Mitts MJ opinion, just that, an irrelevant opinion.

O on the other hand is a progressive liberal thinker whom clearly believes in fed down powers. Just check out the federal MJ hits under this administration and juxtapose that to O's 08 promises to the MJ community. Am I missing something here also?

Obama smoked. Smoked a lot. I hope he is able to help us this term. I have that hope. With Romney there wasn't hope, only fear.
Pretty sure mj did good across the nation as whole yesterday. More people took notice to that. More judges see those results. More LEO sees those results.
I am not an Obama supporter. Don't much give a fuck about politics till they start talking about letting me grow pot and shit like that.

Yes, he may never have been re-elected if he didn't flip-flop at least some. Now will be a better context for him to make good.

No doubt that 2012 was a good year for the MJ community nationally for some states. But again, as these states embrace their rights as a state, that is a principle that this administration opposes and future action is uncertain at this time. But then again, O's campaign is finally over and he no longer needs the big pharma and alcohol lobbies cash that likely caused him to flip against MJ in 08. That's about as hopeful as I can be :(

I don't think anyone is excited thinking we are home free. There were two oppositions to the mj movement. The lesser of the two evils isn't a huge victory, it's simply lesser of two evils.
