WOOHOO! This is AWESOME news! This means that state medical cards give us protection FROM THE FEDS!
Pretty much. Couldnt have come at a better time too. I just got a building to grow for 6 patients, I feel a little better after reading this. The local popo's come once a week and don't say anything as long as our paperwork and numbers are straight. We have to let them in and we do, they have left us alone so far!

Aren't you and your patients the ONLY people allowed by law into the grow room?

I haven't heard of any municipalities having inspections, hope ya keep em at bay during harvest week ;-)

They come in to check numbers once a week, we let them in and they check and leave. They haven't given us an issue yet. Under the MMMP act only the caregiver can be in the room, as far as local police technically they can't come in under that act but I'm not telling them they can't, they have left us alone so far. We do live resin runs so the day it gets cut is the day it's removed to another location.

take it you checked w authorities first, before u rented location. is that how you got on a weekly check, that and that it's a commercial bldg? tbh, once/wk sounds like near-harassment, since it's not in our current system, as that, whatsoever. I wldnt be so obliging. quarterly sounds ridiculous, but weekly? C'mon. tell em annually or u won't protect their city. wait until they start attaching a-fee for the numerous inspections.

You know bobby helped D authorities, at least once, by providing essential video footage of the outside of his dispo on Ww.

Well, its not every single week but there has been a few months. I have only been in there for about 7 months so. I here ya though, yes we had to be inspected before renting it. We were just honest with them, this isn't my first building. I had one in macomb - warren, but after those raids we got out fast. We knew it was going to happen so we planned on getting into this one which is in Oakland (Worse I know) but other friends of ours had been in there;s doing the same thing for two years without a single issue.

Nope, the first one was to get into the building. The rest are voluntary. My biggest fear going into this was Feds, but after seeing this case and knowing that I or my lawyer can site reference to it males me feel a lot better. We follow the MMMP rules, everything is in accordance with that but I still don't want any problems from anyone. The city I'm in is legal now since August of last year, so they are friendly and polite. The first time they came in was real weird though. Being in the same building with police and weed and they just leave and everything is cool!? It's hard to get over those feelings of old days
