What is considered to be a "mature" plant?

tokeythebear Well-Known Member Feb 14, 2011 #3 Thanks because i was thinking that "mature" might be fully mature to the point that you could, chop, dry, and smoke the bud. But than again it could be "pre-flowers" make it "mature" or maybe as soon as it shows signs of flowering
