Yea ! they (MMS) has great genetics but after running at least 10 of their strains, getting tired of the Star Pupil ' based hybrid strains

The only reason i picked up the 5 stars is because ive had star pupil from the dispensary and i liked it alot, figured i could grow it 2 x better than them and have some nice smoke.

I just put Drippy Eye S1 and Cambodian Child into flower. Had a bit of a Mold issue with a Mobyphalaxsis I just havested; we'll see how bad it is when I buck-it-down to put in jars. Huge buds; quite a few nanners.. Black Hole Sun was pure fire; though it was a pretty low yielding pheno. Smells like bubblegum-hash/kush..
Had great success with Kernels Putang; I've grown out 3 different plants. All ridiculously strong; frosty. Incredible SLH - Putang terpenes..

What was called out was the fact that star pupil was given to him by a friend. A friend found three hermies of some random shit, of which he didn't want or something. Which he just Re named and labeled star pupil. It wasn't bred or created by him. Just found. His breeding work is literally centered on a plant found from three (3) bagseeds. So yeah, you got lucky. His regs are herm prone. It came from a selfed herm..What if I hunt three bagseeds and s1 + chuck it, would any of you buy it if I was transparent about its origin? Nope. But wants to be shady about what star pupil is. And never accredit where he got his beans from. Just talk mad shit about how its the best weed ever and be a fake virtuous scam artist behind the scenes. His beans belong in the garbage when compared to almost anyone else. But weed is weed so it's going to get you high in some way and bc of that he has some people hook line and sinker convinced that's its actually good genetics and good smoke. Info from professor P. IG dm. My friend threw a pack of putang in the garbage and posted it in ig. Prof p liked that and sent a care package. Full pack of galactic punch, ghetto bird, shirt, stickers. And gave us the lo down on mms

So far everyone seems happy with the genetics.
We had one member have a plant hermie. It was one of his Grape Pupil strains. Fully hermed which was a bummer. But that's the only time I've seen it in his stuff. It's likely a part of growing. Hermies suck it's a huge bummer. In MY learning curve I had 2 plants turn out very small, mostly due to my learning curve. One barely survived, but it was still excellent smoke. Clear headed euphoric, social, crazy energetic. Both plants didn't herm.
So far he seems to project positivity and promotes people breeding with his genetics.
I do admit I like his style of breeding and growing. Lots of people seem to like the genetics. And in my personal experience I do like the plants.
I have a grow going currently that is Fully MMS. And I am documenting it here on RIU in an honest way.

have nothing but great thing to say about MassMedical - they are a solid breeder Have run 8 of their strains and NEVER a hermie, ect and always great smoke they have a recent cup winner Anaphylaxis is peanut butter breath (Bodhi's) x deadly swabi and then there is Emoji (goji pupil x Anaphylaxis) they have another 3 recent new strains out at present

I made Star Pupil, I've shared the origin story plenty of times. The fact that other breeders have said 5+ compeltely different stories of "how SP came to be" that dont even mention the same genetics as each other, just tells you it's haters making up slander.
Let the plants do the talking. Grow them and you'll see. Star Pupil is unique and unrelated to the various strains that people claim it to be, and if you grow those side by side with mine you'll see how different they are! Many have.
If you like my plants that is awesome, I'm happy. A lot of people enjoy them. They're certainly not for everyone, they're unique and different. I try and work with stuff that isn't super mainstream, and stuff that I like the effects of. I also try to make sure that anyone who supports me is happy, so if you had a problem with your genetics for real, you'll be hooked up with new seeds. Everything is fully tested and you get what you see in the pics.
It's just a fun passion project. It's a shame people have to spread hate and negativity. I wouldn't bother responding really, but some things have to be said.

Unless the farm got the wrong cut or something this is the one I tried at the dispensary. Just saying it’s bad weed…. Terrible taste, worse effects. And it’s not the farm, they’re my favorite for bringing out the best of the plant and their dry and cure is top notch. I think the fact that you claim to breed for effect is a lie and a scam, and it’s well known your goofy fingerboarding ass has charlatan written all over it. I've grown Star Pupil 3 times and the buds were purple every time, which was neat and interesting at the time, but the buzz was pretty meh. I shared it with my friends and they all thought it looked cool, but nobody talked about the effects other than to say they were pretty mild. Some people like that I suppose, so ill just leave it at that. I still have a couple seeds that ill still probably have years from now if that says anything.

That strain is supposed to be anything from melvenetics to dojos ninja fruit. I see even the seedbanks sucking his dick, but so many won’t touch his gear. I wouldn’t. These days there is just too many chuckers to choose from

What breeder do you guys recommend, besides bhodi? I’m running 2 mms chick magnet and deadly swabi. Both look fine, but next to the bodhi dla9, the dla9 looks, well more profound. Time will tell if that means anything.
