The thing I don't get is how any of this is my fault. I made zero people live in slums, I also never forced anyone into crime yet I catch the blame. I never owned a slave I never segragated anything.

I live in North Omaha ( blue on the map, thanks buck ;-) ) While there are some poor hoods, there are no projects, poverty while all around is not rampant nor tied to one race, unemployment is about 5%, if your not working you don't want to. The punks shooting people are driving nicer cars then me, have $5k in 48" wheels and low pros, so I'm not buying your argument that their shooting each other because of their poor and impoverished past!

Those numbers are the parentage of total recipients not percentage of each race. The white percentiles will be large because they make up a large portion of the population.​

Yes I know, I put the percentages below those numbers.

63% of america is white and accounts for 61% of "welfare" recipients. 37% are minorities and account for 39% of welfare recipients.

For every 100 people in the USA 63 will be white

For every 100 welfare recipients in the USA 61 will be white.

For every 100 people in the USA 37 will be a minority

For every 100 welfare recipients 39 will be a minority..

REALLY HUGE difference eh? lol.................... :mrgreen:

I dont really care who gets them. It is the generational dependence sold by our government that keeps them that way. And the benefit goes to the politicians that hand them a few bucks and tell them to vote Democrat to keep getting their dole.

Look at the track record of the indians and the african americans.... The biggest (percentage) dole recipients in America.

It does not seem to create wealth or elevate people.

Well that safety net has kept a lot of people close to the bottom for a long time. If it doesnt elevate people then it doesnt work.
