I've been there 3 times. Los Cabos was beautiful! Loved it there. Pueroto Vallarta was OK, and Cancun was not my style. Maybe when I was 21, but bringing a wife and 3 kids didn't make for much fun.

When you occupy the lowest economic strata you really shouldn't be getting a return at all, nada. People should PAY into the system based on what they make, not get REWARDED for making less.

Who is saying all hispanics are illegal? I happen to know first hand and for FACT that this exact kind of fraud goes on, quite frequently. They get HUGE returns because of claiming dependents in Mexico, none of which is verified. I don't need media to tell me this happens cause I'm living in the midst of it.
