I hope Weisselberg's plea puts the US one step closer to keeping democracy. It would be nice if American voter reaction would be to elect reformers in local, state, and federal races. It is stunning how much corruption voters are willing to accept. Also stunning how they accept chaos as both a legitimate excuse for criminal behavior and as a trait suitable for proper governance of the world's leading power, More chaos is not a good thing
