They are a part of the tax system(and hell, their salaries are paid by the person bringing in the ones and others) so they are completely fair game.

Did you even finish high school?

Budgets are passed by the state legislature, not the governor.



The California State Legislature currently has a Democratic supermajority, with the Senate consisting of 28 Democrats and 12 Republicans and the Assembly consisting of 55 Democrats and 25 Republicans. Except for the period from 1995 to 1996, the Assembly has been in Democratic hands since the 1970 election (even while the governor's office has gone back and forth between Republicans and Democrats). The Senate has been in Democratic hands continuously since 1970.

A couple of months ago, you and Bucky claimed Obama didn't have a deficit, now he does and it's not his fault? LOL

Of course California has surplus budget, we just won't count the $4.5billion a year for state employees retirement funds, we'll just keep um in the "unfunded section"

You need to make a church where you and your ilk can go worship the business class, because it's bordering on religiosity.

Yes let's blame the government for paying decent wages, and omit blame on the business class for making the policies that have placed government in bankruptcy in order to do away with institutions of democracy and replace them with autocratic institutions (corporations) where workers are forced to rely on their employers simply to live. This conveniently makes it impossible for workers to determine their own lives or bargain for wages and benefits.

Not exactly.

Congress has been unable (until this year) to pass a budget and has instead been funding government without one. The united states went several years without a budget. If memory serves, until just a couple months ago, the last budget the federal government passed was done when the democrats controlled both houses and the white house.

In business folks are paid exactly what they are worth. Just because your momma loves you does not make you worth a fuck at anything.

Besides, in the business world advancement is for the worthy. In government advancement is for the well connected and a specified amount of minorities and females.

Black women are very attracted to government work because hiring them is like killing two birds with one stone.

When I was in law school we had appx. 200 students at the school. Less than 10 were black. Once in a while they would have photographers come. Without fail every time one of the associate deans would come and get the black girls out of class, and take them for a photo-op.

The same practice occurred at the pharmacy school my ex-wife went to.

Places love having black women.
