I’m still a beginner grower, and I’m still trying to learn deficiencies. I was checking on my plant and I noticed some of the top growth looks like this 94A898E2-9EE4-491F-A163-978D7B151A86.jpeg46087F76-35C6-4FAE-8864-6DB7C7EACA91.jpegB38ED38A-9E5F-4574-8F78-A9D5316F5529.jpeg

none of the lower growth has the yellowing / light green, just on top growth of plant.

5 gal FFOF +perlite +ewc
Transplanted 10 days ago from 2 gal pot

The soil needs “recharge” to stay living? Never heard of soil going dead during a grow. Where are you getting this info?
I must be misunderstanding what I read about it then. I was under the impression I did something that killed the soil, and without knowing exactly what caused it my reading pointed me toward trying recharge. Hard finding accurate info on here because even those who don’t know chime in as well.

I had posted a video a couple of weeks ago that kinda goes over phenos, and how they can vastly differ. I say strain in some spots when I meant to say pheno, but you'll get the idea. No 2 seeds from the same strain will grow the same, and some are just bad phenos.....That's why pheno hunting is a thing.

That Dosi Whoa! is a pheno I found about 3 years ago, and have been cloning it ever since. That's why it is so uniform, because they all have the same DNA genetics. Those other 2 strains are new to me, so I get to pick (already have) which pheno of Lemon Cane i will run next. (that one from Mother 10)... so the next run will be totally uniform on the canopy.

Are you feeding them anything else besides plain water and recharge?
What's your water source and tds?
Are you adjusting pH?

It could be many things but when I get that cabbage look up top it's normally too much light. Leaves twist to avoid light stress and nodes don't stretch making it a cabbage patch.

Fed once with some epsom salt maybe a week or two ago. I want to say 1/4 tsp but I’d have to check the journal.
tap water. 210 ppm
I was told to not pH when using living soil
