Luxx 630w CMH vs Growers Choice ROI-E680 LED for 4x4 tent grow

Hey Just getting going in a 4x4 mars hydro tent with a mars hydro tsw 2000 led. I want to upgrade the light once I flip. Been looking at LED and CMH (LEC). Would the CMH cause heat issues? What us your favorite light for a 4x4 tent? Are 2 315w CMH better then 1 630?

I personally run 2 × 1000watt led
and 2 × 315 cmh in a 8×8 and smash it. I actually flip to led only during the last part of flower. cooler Temps less light.
