lumens

how do you determin the lumens if it is not given?

apparently the one from ebay is more powerful, says it is like a 250 w hps

did a search on google. it was pretty simple. they say its equal to a 250w hps??? just went to my handy dandy search bar and typed in 250 watt hps lumen... pretty simple... average answer was 28,000-29,000 lumens. Not to flame but next time just bump your original thread instead of trashing the site with new threads. Maybe try a search too. Hope this helps. WM

thank you, and my bad i have bumped in the past but barely get answers.

do you think that 250hps light would be enough for a 3 1/2 ft X 2 ft flowering space? if i did the math right the square footage is 3.5ft which would be about 22,500-31,500 lumens need for the space. someone said that wouldn't be enough. but when i read it said i needed 3000 lumen per sqft but a safer bet is 7000-10000
