as a business manager with extensive inventory training, theft does effect variance and PNL big time. but what is considered theft is a grey area, of course other than someone clearly pocketing product and walking out the door with it. if somebody's order was wrong and replaced without being rung in and voided, we consider it theft, when really a crew member was just busy and missed a step during customer recovery. if human error leaves a product unaccounted for in any way, it's considered theft or "missing" even if it was the proper action.

i would have to say that straight up theft %'s are a fair bit lower than 10%

RCMP officers running around telling unauthorized personnel about large scale investigations into government approved pharmaceutical producers? (that's how they treat it, stupid i know) the last thing hc/government wants is to add more suspicion to this already questionable system. you think thats not stressed repeatedly to anybody who would be investigating such an incident? i would question your source of your information, cop or not.

i'm not a hater, but i think your cop friend is overstepping what hes aloud to talk about, just makes it automatically seem less credible.

why do you think they feed us nicotine,alcohol, pharmaceuticals, pesticides and the like. why is frozen, processed food thats full of additives and preservatives cheaper than organic fruits and vegetables? why isn't cannabis legal? they want us sick. they want money. i bet you if harpers kid had cancer or epilepsy, he'd be shoving honey oil down her throat.

I don't buy the story, I don't know your friend, but again sounds like a sales pitch. Which of the LP's right now would risk selling out the back door. Especially guys that are eyeing the TSX etc. just because of that their valuations are through the roof and moving a pound or pounds here or there isn't very plausible.
