As I said months ago............ HEy Big P....lol
but yet.... It's done! and it won't be the first or last time.
Give your head a shake if you think other wise.
Money will make people do what ever it takes...to get their pile!
This business is the biggest joke going and it will lose millions to theft.
ALL BUSINESSES LOOSE TO THEFT!!! at least 10% if not more. New business???... Huge percentages, just waiting to taken lol
Rat out 95 dollar ounces?... ppppphhhhtttt!
So that's where all this cheap shwag is coming from. I should have known. Prices on BM have dropped just like last summer. Stock up!
as a business manager with extensive inventory training, theft does effect variance and PNL big time. but what is considered theft is a grey area, of course other than someone clearly pocketing product and walking out the door with it. if somebody's order was wrong and replaced without being rung in and voided, we consider it theft, when really a crew member was just busy and missed a step during customer recovery. if human error leaves a product unaccounted for in any way, it's considered theft or "missing" even if it was the proper action.
i would have to say that straight up theft %'s are a fair bit lower than 10%
