LP security

Most of what I know about LP operations I've read on here. but I was under the impression than security at the grow facility was intense? Cameras everywhere, seed to sale tracking etc. I picked up 2 oz's ($95 ea) yesterday from my usual bm source and he claims it came from an LP garden. He told me which one, but I won't mention the name as I don't have proof. I've known this guy for quite awhile and don't think he would have any reason to make that claim if it wasn't true. He had a lb. of it and said there was lots more. The bud looks like it was taken off the trim table DSC05758.JPG DSC05759.JPG but I would rate it 7 or 8 out of ten for effectiveness. Anyone else had the opportunity to buy LP weed from the black market?

Wouldn't surprise me in the least. There were a few of here that talked about this....I just don't know how anyone thinks there would be no diversion with this program. DIVERSION WILL NOT END UNTIL LEGALIZATION OCCURS! Someone will always want to make that little extra cash that they don't have to tell the gov. about.

I'm really not sure...he didn't say. It's dense, semi-sticky with a purplish tinge. I am not very good at identifying different strains!

na I call bs. and if its real then wtf don't you have them shut down??? rat them out?
HUH? First and foremost...I am not a rat. Secondly, I got a line on some cheap medicine until mine is ready, why would I shoot myself in the foot? I still don't have proof, but I am pretty convinced of the source

I call malarkey. Even IF an LP was selling out the back door, pretty sure it would come with a "don't talk about fight club" clause. Dealer spouting malarkey to attack the LP's.

Would you invest millions, then risk it all by selling a LB to a street dealer? If so, you likely don't have the skills to get an LP application approved.

PLUS, that looks BETTER than most of the LP product photos I have seen :)

There is virtually no way do divert a LB of dried product without being an RPIC or ARPIC. An employee might be able to pocket a wet bud, but NOT a dried LB.

Oh right, Hippy can steal anything...
Well I never steal anything anywhere...it's a principle of honesty for me. And I never cheat anyone either...I don't need to do that. But yes I did slide down the chimney and borrow some. I left an I.O.U.

I believe it 100%. I've heard from numerous people that there are diversion issues under investigation at this point.
I have even heard from one guy who works at an LP that witnessed "extras" being disposed of through the wrong door.

This is basically the answer to those of you on here saying, "There aren't enough patients for these LPs".
This is how they solve for that. I imagine HC/RCMP will scapegoat one or two here shortly to send a message.

Actually I have one customer (whether they get their license is another matter) who got to the building the facility stage and waiting for the inspection and they have plans to set it up so they can divert some of the product. Certain habits are hard to kill when there's money involved.

howwww many times has a black market dealer been like "oh yeah, this is medical weed" good meds are good meds. what i'm saying is a rec grower (who knows their shit) could grow just as effective medicine as a med grower. this is the new up-sell in my opinion. i mean, there are always ways to break rules so this could be possible but i still can't see it.

hc goes over that shit with a fine toothed comb. if they specifically set up blind areas, whether its on security or inventory, unless they are super good con artists, hc will make them change it, or not approve.

None that I ever heard of. People I know that grow 99% pesticide free and actually grow for real patients will say that their weed is clean since its for consumption by sick people. These guys also have separate rooms for commercial crap. There's still some growers out there who have a conscience when it comes to pesticides and growth hormones. I think you will see more of this as the market changes to mom and pop shows that sell directly to the end user.

I do understand the skepticism, but there are numerous LPs already under investigation because this is happening.
Not only that, but other have openly admitted they intend to do this.

I know I don't have proof to physically show you, but I know it's the case.
