yah. i thought about the wood problem. i figure its cheap and easily shaped. if it works i'll prob end up building a really nice 1 out of all sheetmetal. We just got new furniture sitting in the garage and i would normally just mig weld a little heat shield but not with the furniture in there. I won't skimp. it'll come out perfect. Like the drawing. lol

might coat it in fibreglass resin

fiberglass is perfect, temp safe and easy to use.

Damn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this sucks. just saw your post. yah they stink like hell. just started about 1 week ago. i think lowering the temp will help with the smell. Do yours stink up the house? i did get some cheap air freshener though and its ok

guys i'll be back with a cooltube. seeya. i can't deal with this anymore. i honestly am noticeably jumpy, twitchy, cold sweating and mood swings because my sleep schedule is gone. Don't think i have slept for more than 2 hours at a time in 3 weeks!!

when we turn up the thermostat at my house and the heat comes on, my house reeks like pot for like 5-10 minutes.

Just got back fro detroit looking at glass. The guy had many nice pieces he thought would work and they were the right size but the thickness was crazy. It seemed that it would use to much lumens. it was nearly 1/2 thick. maybe 3/8. But it was heavy as hell. I think i'm going to make 1 out of an old aquarium. theyre tempered glass. everywhere i went said that it had to be tempered. itold them i had hid over my aquarium and it was heating the water too much. hopefully still today. i wont make it another day!!!

aquarium glass is like the perfect width... fiberglass would be good for the wood. keep mositure out... my house always stinks when the heat comes on.... just got the equipment to build the 10 dollar walmrt carbon scrubber thats on here...

yah. the aquarium was a failure after 10 minutes. it shattered the glass. i don't think it was a tempered aquarium though after looking at the pieces. i'll have to get some tomorrow. it was working fine though until it broke. i put mesh under the glass in case and it saved my plants. can't wait till i get it done right.

i just bought an airwick freshmatic. it seems to actually work pretty good. i got the odour absorbing mountain scent and its doing the trick. I also stuck a furnace carbon filter in the spot where the hepa would usually go. Post some pics if you want. seeya

Well I have good news and bad news! The bad news is that I got a microscope with 60-100x zoom and checked my plants trichomes, she is still got at least 2 weeks, not one single amber trichome!!! The good news is that my buds are going to get even bigger than they are now. Wish me luck!! I will post post more pics.

Oh yah 2 weeks is enough time to really grow some more buds. I want to check mine close up. might grab a magnifing glass tomorrow. For some reason my plants exploded today. they are getting huge and i still don't know the sex. they all still look the same and non of them seem to be male yet. obviously out of 10 plants i have to have a male. imagine the 1 grow i need a male i get 10 for 10 female. i would be pissed.

I thiined up my gigabud yesterday, and the buds are swelling already, I decided just to leave it in my aerogarden too. But all in all she is doing better!!
