Lower fan leaves drooping getting brown anand dying

Since my last thread with discussing my deformed leaves things have improved but now my fan leaves seem to be dropping off. They have a lime green pale color and are almost crispy and brittle. All my other foliage is looking green amd healthy.
Are the leaves just passed their usefulness or is it because they are shrouded by new growth from above? I've been doing some light trimming to open things up.

Since my last problem I upgraded to 6 gallon pots and growth has been...explosive to say the least. They acclimated to their new home well amd have shot up almost a foot in less than a month.

Looks like the plant is droppin em, a whole plant pic would help to confirm

Other plant is also doing the same but it has had a hard life amd lost a lot of good foliage early on.

Dont mind the screwy looking leaves all the new growth is normal.

Thats what I figured just wanted to play it safe lol
I didnt think fan leaves were supposed to die when the plant is still in veg.

So I'm still dropping leaves. It seems to be most fan leaves now. All new growth still looks good.

I did a soil test for nitrogen and that came back as slightly deficient so I added some biothrive grow in with the watering.
Soil PH is about 6.5 in each pot

Its hungry feed it,yea you dont wanna be loseing those leafs if you can help it,also see some spots and when i see spots i think mites or possibly mag def

first off check your ph levels on your runoff, if its way to high or way to low you get the point. Could also be hungry and you are not feeding it enough. Just an example of why i prefer dwc over soil

I've been trying to go slow because last time I added nutes within a day my leaves were clawing.

I did a light flush today with only about 3 gallons and tested runoff at the start and after the third gallon. PH in the beginning was about 5.0 and after the last gallon it was in the range of 5.8-6.0. Afterwards I added some dolomite lime at about 2 tablespoons per gallon then gave it a soak and softly tilled the top layer of soil to mix it in a little in hopes it will stabilize the ph a little quicker.

I'm thinking its less a nutrient deficiency by itself and more of a lockout so hopefully we'll see some improvement in the next few days.

Dude why would you flush it,your useing go nutes right,,theres no need to flush it or ph it,,ivw used the hell outta the stuff before i got off the bottle,now you gonna have to wait for it to dry. Out from a mass watering to feed it'how do you know the claw was from overnuting and not over watering'i dont do any kind of soil tests or anything but you did and said it was low, what kinda soil test you use to test for nitro i was wondering?

The soil Nitrogen test was a from the luster leaf "professional soil test kit". I did it twice with two different soil samples to confirm it was low.
It came with PH, and NPK tests. The K test is completely useless though.

Its not all bad thats why I didnt do a full on flush. Only 3 gallons through a 6 gallon pot. I waited until the soil was bone dry to do it. Next watering I'll add nutes. What kind of combined NPK numbers is a usual feeding? I've only been feeding about 5.2-4-4.3 or so. I'm using Biothrive Grow, Bioweed, Bioroot, Diamond Black, and CalMag. Been feeding at the low dose for each.

Its been hot and windy so my soil is drying out faster than usual.

I started out with it about 25percent of full dose when plants are smaller and work way up to full,plus i used the bio marine also,feed most every watering and supplement with teas,monsato bought gh and im tired of bottles so i aint gonna get no more go ran out about a week ago gonna see how it goes with just teas for a bit if i need to feed more ill go back to earth juice yea hot ashell here to

It happens when growing outside, even inside. There are various reasons for plants to shed leaves.

Its normal.

This is a guerilla plant. Only visit once a month. We are in a drought and over 100 degrees.


Don't freak over a few leaves.

No loseing leaves are not normal at all,and i kinda freak out about it a little cause i like to smoke alotta weed and if my leaves arent all green an20160615_115340.jpg d nice i know something is wrong with the plant and it is trying to tell me how to fix it so it can be cool again,the more leaves you take into flower the more bud your gonna get,i dont liketo see any fade intell the end of the life cycle indoor or out

Its fine. They mainly drop them due to lack of light. If it is a spreading yellow then it is a problem.

If you can keep them green, then fine. Its not abnormal to see a yellow leaf or two. Just look outside.

Yours are not. The op leaves are normal.

Looks like you need some mag. Give a dose of cal/mag or a dose of Epsom salt.

I'll give it a little CalMag next feeding.

The plant is about 4 1/2 months old now. I started it inside when we still had snow on the ground so maybe the plant is just showing its age?

Just the coloration of those leaves that are fading. Over all it looks good.

If it were a n problem it would start at the bottom and work up. I would worry more about leaves that yellow higher up on the plant.

Give them a teaspoon of Epsom per gallon of water. It won't hurt them. Some brands even have the dosage on the package. It calls for 1-2 teaspoons per gallon. One per will be plenty.

Epsom is magnesium sulfate.
