There are ten rooms on this campus.
Each 'manager' has two rooms that (s)he is responsible for.
The boss is one of those "I don't wanna hear about the labor pains - just show me the baby."
HOW we achieve minimum requirements is up to us -- to a point.
Some decisions are made by management and engraved in stone, some are not (on purpose). All the mgrs, the site mgr and sometimes a guest who talks about different stuff attend a meeting every Monday at 7am. Our input is invited, and often enacted. It is not purely an employer/employee relationship ... we all work as a team.
But, we are encouraged to 'own' our rooms. Take responsibility, take pride make money.
Help each other, advise each other in friendly competition.
So, sometimes I use "I", sometimes "we".

Well, its just interesting to me that the right side of the pedo pix is gone ... and so is the right side of my face in the selfie.
I would think that someone who notices the minutia of using "I" and "we" interchangeably would notice something like that.

funny how that happens here alot lolthis thread has gone from high THC strains, weight etc, to accusing people of being pedophiles, to disagreeing on harvest times, prices and what not. I apologize for the attitude. I Just don't like getting caught up in this bull sh--t.
my top strains for high yield and thc
1. dinafems critical plus 2.0 biggest harvest ive ever had with 22% thc
2. dinafems ocean grown cookies. high up thc with above verge yields
3. southern Oregon seeds Indiana bubblegum. 19% thc with decent yield. people would hunt me down for it, best tasting imo
4. Tutankhamen. up to 30 on thc, low yields and hard to grow. strongest weed ive ever tried. it commands respect and deserves to be on this list

We should be thanking this guy and his company. He puts out low quality unfinished buds instead of caring and making a great product. Only wants to grow the flavor of the week. I hope all commercial places are like this. It will keep small and boutique growers in business. Legalization is new and there is a ton of exporting to still illegal states. When legalization is even more widespread or it’s legal fed these will be the first places out of business.
