Does anyone have a source for the old g13 labs cheese sold in the early 2000's? I had 1 seed as a freebie that I ran back then but is long gone now.

Would love to find it in regular non-fem seeds.

Look into ugorg or kgbeans be my advice those two breeders be a better choice the mozzarella from g13 labs is one of the less better representations of cheese out there imo dont get me wrong some of there stuffs ok just not a big fan of there version of cheese

Man the one I got to pop 15 years ago was super kushy structured and freaking stunk like baby poop sulphuric skunky wild. Super lime green bed and also super dark greenish purple leaves. Tight dense chunks.

Anything comparable to this?

I just came across this looking for reviews as I have a single free seed I was considering growing. Sounds like it’s worth trying?

If you do, take some clones and self one for some beans. I would love some. Or let me know if you want to let it go.

never had the verified official uk cheese myself but kalimans rockster cheese was bomb af
If you ever had it you would know anyway you cant hide that stench and the first night you smoke it it hits you like a hammer to the head tolerance builds fast tho and its not a great strain to smoke only that and nothing else for weeks on end as some people tend to go a bit funny get dark thoughts and that with it same with the psychosis cut hence the name on that one neither effects me like that but for some its just not for them personally i like the cheese just a shame its more rare and theres so many fakes or seedlines that aint close there is some good ones of course but tends to be hybrids of it that shine vs say s1s a recombinant inbred line would be best route fir it imo but no ones tryed that with it yet

I think CSI has S1s. I just popped two of Hazeman's exo bx1 for a bit of variety.
Aye his be made with the one known to most as the exodus cheese chances are and ironically greenhouse seeds s1 is made with brightsides cheese the original and technically pre exo cut cos the exo cut long ago was technically a cut off of brightsides cheese but it aint the same no more brightsides has less sweet and alot more stink isnt a big yielder either however the s1s dont turn out close to the cuts tho so id be suprised if hazemans wasnt similiar

The problem with searching for the holy grail cheese strain is that nobody managed to reverse the original exodus cheese clones that were shared out. Best option to my knowledge is using a close male donor and backcrossing for stability, you’re diluting it but could get lucky or have a huge pheno hunt

Are you sure it was g13 labs cheese in the early 2000s ? From what I remember the first seed version of cheese was done by big Buddha in 2004 followed closely by homegrown fantasy. Most of the other companies didn't start selling cheese seeds till about 2006/08 and later.
