hell you can start dreads now with 2' of hair i started mine with like 8" of hair or less and just let em grow kinda like your favorite plants

My long hair days are over. It was such a pain in the ass.
When I had my long hair I would spend more fucken time in front of the mirror than my girlfriend. But back in the 80's it was the shit to have long hair.
I was huge Megadeth fan and had my hair looking identical to David Mustaines hair.
I like my short hair.
It takes less than a minute to wash it and the same to comb it.
Plus, I never have hat head when I take my hat off.
Also I never have to comb my hair when I take my helmet after riding my motorcycle.
I'm all about less maintenance as possible.
I figure I'll be wearing velcro sneakers in a few years, Because I'm getting pretty damn sick of tying my shoes everyday.

They (Five Man Electrical Band) are Canadian so it would have been CRTC rules at he trime. I think "blocking out the scenery was the single, and the other was the album cut. I know of other songs that had this variation too. You must be hearing the album cut, there is no other difference as far as I know.

Ya mon, I had the same hair going. One of my buds called me 'Dave' for that very reason. So much easier with the short hair these daze.

i just shaved my shit and got shaved my beard into a chinstrap cause i needed a new look. my shaggy ass curly hair was gettin so long everyone watch bitchin about how anti-conformist i was "trying" to be.
