lighting and cooling setup

Hello fellow growers,
New member here and a newbie too .
I need advice from the masters in here to build my growbox, I have everything figured out but 2 things, (lighting and cooling).
im using a Steel Enclosure(aka electric panel) (100cm x 50cm x 180 cm)(3.2ft x 1.6ft x 6ft) I was thinking maybe I’ll take a 20cm(0.6ft) from the space to make it a drying room.
Growing method ScrOG only 1 plant (extremely hard to get seeds)
After that I’ll start cloning coz all I have is 1 female seed from Amsterdam .
Question 1. I was planning to go LED setup (bestva, king led, Chinese led etc..)
But it seems it’s all BS 90% of reviews seem like ads. So I’m thinking to go HPS and MH but all I read is Heat issues (ps. I live in a city where it’s summer 8 month a year) temp in summer 113-131F (45-55 C). I was planning to use peltier cooling(thermoelectric) not sure if it’s enough if I use HPS.
Before anyone suggest LED my budget for lighting is no more than 300$ +/- where I currently live if I buy led shipping alone is going to cost me more than 300$

The grow box is semi automated through a controller ( lights, humidifier, volt and current protection, sensors “PH, temp., humid., soil moist, soil ph, etc”) irrigation will be manually so I can keep an eye on nutrients(Fox farm trio).
Any help would be great Sensei.

I know people all over the world using LED and they are available in most countries.
Im pretty sure you can get the parts to knock up a great light in most countries too.
We typically don't use those types of LED you referred to either.

Putting that aside, I have no idea if your cooling plan will work but I would recommend going with an air cooled hood or possibly a cooltube to keep a good chunk of the heat out.

You are correct, if you type best LED into google all you get back is amazon traffic generating sites full of shit.

Your success is going to be based on if you can cool that space by 20+ degrees.

I currently live in KSA (Desert Climate=Dry and Hot)
I’m thinking by using Sun system HPS attached to 2 fans in/out + the humidifier and il use 2 lower intake fans + 1 or 2 exhaust carbon filter/fans. After doing my research peltier cooling won’t help unless I need only 5 degrees difference

1.5 mm thickness steel
I’ll insulate the walls to help with heat too

I read somewhere that if u supplement CO2 u she will be able to coop with heat.
