Having a low humidity speeds up the transpiration rate. The point being moving water (thus nutrients) from the root zone to all the leaves and through the stomata and into the atmosphere. This is why when cloning your running 100. There is no transpiration. Veg your growing roots (roots=plant) if you run your rh too low the plant has a harder time keeping up with the drying power of the air and you can dry out leaves. Everything is ranges and variables, check out a vpd chart not as scary as you think. My advice for that would be pick two points on the chart you think you can hit. One for veg one for flower. Higher rh to start and move to a drier finish.
At the end of the day all we can do is do what we feel comfortable with, im not trying to tell you what to do. We are all growing and learning. Not everything im going to say is completely solid and im here to learn also. My weed lore is full of holes lol, and tbh I am a pretty green grower. I just came into this in a unique way, fell for it hard, and I have a semi decent head on me. I just decided ok I wanna make money with this and started eating it up. So I feel I need to know EVERYTHING. The well never stops and basically I realized ok I actually just like grow plants haha.
Just decide what you wanna get out of this and educate on the fundamentals. Ive seen people with legit grows who are failing all the time because they refuse to just read. They blame everything else.
