Light stress or magnesium def?!?

Many of the other suggestion above are solid. Except I saw something about rh. I would say unless your running co2 in a sealed room at really high temps theres no need to drop your humidity past 35% in late flower. If thats possible for you. Keep it high in veg.
My humidity is always low...even in veg. Girls don't seem to care.

I have my humidity at like 42 and that’s actually up from the 35 I started at. I have a small humidifier but I would rather not use it honestly. And yeah I checked on them this morning and they’re still yellow obvs but they seemed to be praying a little more so time will tell

Having a low humidity speeds up the transpiration rate. The point being moving water (thus nutrients) from the root zone to all the leaves and through the stomata and into the atmosphere. This is why when cloning your running 100. There is no transpiration. Veg your growing roots (roots=plant) if you run your rh too low the plant has a harder time keeping up with the drying power of the air and you can dry out leaves. Everything is ranges and variables, check out a vpd chart not as scary as you think. My advice for that would be pick two points on the chart you think you can hit. One for veg one for flower. Higher rh to start and move to a drier finish.

At the end of the day all we can do is do what we feel comfortable with, im not trying to tell you what to do. We are all growing and learning. Not everything im going to say is completely solid and im here to learn also. My weed lore is full of holes lol, and tbh I am a pretty green grower. I just came into this in a unique way, fell for it hard, and I have a semi decent head on me. I just decided ok I wanna make money with this and started eating it up. So I feel I need to know EVERYTHING. The well never stops and basically I realized ok I actually just like grow plants haha.

Just decide what you wanna get out of this and educate on the fundamentals. Ive seen people with legit grows who are failing all the time because they refuse to just read. They blame everything else.

Btw actual light/heat stress is simply when the plant cannot transpire fast enough for the atmospheric conditions. Too close to lights heaters dehum exhaust etc the room is too hot and/dry. It's not able to keep up pumping water to the areas of the plant exposed to the conditions at the rate its removed. Thus burn and stress.

I cut some of the dead looking stuff back, and this is about 4 days since that flush. Would you expect them to bounce back any quicker than they have so far? And also when the soil drys out you figure I should go with nutes again or just do plain water?

Your new growth looks more normal. The all over lightening means they're hungry for nitrogen. Seems like they are eating though from what I see in the pic. Feed them again when the pots are light enough. The best I can describe it is when you can tip the pot ease with one finger. As long as your not constantly saturating the medium you have a little play if you need to get some nutrition in there.Coco is different as that its really difficult to overwater.

Smart to trim back those leaves btw. Helps the new growth and keeps resources from trying save those fucked up leaves. It can take awhile to correct soil imbalances from what I know. In coco I can fix these types of issues same day and often in a few hours. Maybe go back to full strength for the next feed. Basically what your looking for is a return to a more saturated shade of green over the whole plant with slight lighter shade in the new growth. Look for that a couple days after your next feed. If the new growth starts to take off praying and looking stoked trim the rest of the damaged leaves. If the new growth looks good it means they're still eating. If the entire plants drooping they've stalled out in the root zone still.
I'm sorry in advance if the advice im giving doesn't pan out. Diagnosing this stuff without being theres a challenge.

I appreciate the help man, it’s been problem after problem this grow which makes no sense because my last grow I didn’t even ph my water or nutes or have a Ppm pen. And it went great, so I don’t know. I fed these ones tonight and gave them a bit of prosilica and medi one. I kept the ppms at 400 because I noticed some burnt, curled up tips. Also... I noticed some more light bleaching as I had turned my light up slightly the other day and a couple leaves are showing blotchy discolouration and some brown patches. So I turned the light down a bit again and I’m just hoping the feeding helps. It’s been a major battle. I’m borderline embarrassed to say these things are almost three months old now from seed. It isn’t going well haha

Its all good killa. We all started somewhere. I can tell you I've fucked up big time before in my journey through this. And I can also tell you its pretty fucked when you lose a room thats worth 20-30k to someone. Its like....whoops heh. You learn quick in those situations what works and what doesn't.
Theres so many things that can happen. And so much is still ??? So don't sweat it. At the end of the day you may have lost a few plants and some time. The learning curve is steep. But you seen some shit and know a bit more. I'd say get a bunch more going if you can. Backups buddy lol.

Yeah the only major change has been the light so far so I’m not sure if it’s just too big of a light for my tent. The tent is only 36x20 and the light is a bloom plus 2500 that puts out 250 watts from the wall. That’s the only thing I can think of when it keeps scorching them. The light is like 32 inches away from the tops of the plants but you would think i would be able to turn the dimmer up past around 20 percent

Fn weird. Do you think you can peek at the roots? Sometimes along the way a minor change can send things down a slippery slope. These problems that creep up for sure have a sort of cascade effect where one thing leads into the other and down the line. I mean the next time you water/feed you can test the runoff against the input runoff might reveal a clue.

I’ll check the roots and runoff next watering when they dry out again. I did just notice something that may have been part of the culprit... when I switched the light I must have messed the timer up because looking at it this morning I think I’ve been on 24/0... so that’s my fault entirely haha. I have them back on 18/6 now so hopefully that helps. Really wish I had noticed that
