Light LEVEL UP for my small tent

I think @Kassiopeija means - do you live in the area the grow is in. ie in your bedroom where you'd be breathing out co2 for 8 hours raising the co2 levels which would help the plants.......
lol after rereading I realize the funny implication...

Yeah 40x40 is for personal use, take one big pot, one plant, a steel mesh n scrogg,

I use inches where I live in the US & I just did a conversion.
Your tent isn't even 16" wide?
You, my friend are fucked, simply put.
I didn't know they actually made something that small.
Way too small a tent & I wouldn't waste my time with it.
A single plant is larger than that even if you prune the fuck out of it.
Where do you live & why does it have too be so small?
Also, your saying it's going into an attic?
Attics get way hot in the summer, did you take that into consideration.
My tent is exactly 16" which is 40 cm :) so i'm not fucked hopefully, but still not sure how you fit three 10" x 9" pots into a 16"x 16" x 47", you get me?

That's the tent: https://growinitaly.com/83-hydro-shoot-hs40-40x40x120cm-grow-box-room-growroom-growbox.html

No issue during summer, never get too hot here! :) Maybe issues during Winter with cold, but i will manage it!

Yeah that's just for me guys, just want to produce enough to have enough between yields... that's all, and obviously I also have a lot of fun growing those babies, more fun than stress at the moment.

Hi Guys! @Moflow @Kassiopeija @Jimdamick @Wattzzup!

New LED Light arrived today, flowering phase started Friday, just wondering if I should switch the CFL with the new LED or should i leave things the way they are considering that the plant is going pretty well?

I've asked before, but someone suggested me to keep both running together... as you know, that's impossible due to the size of my tent, so it's a matter of one or the other one.

I'll post more photos later!

Thank you guys!

As promised photos! I did not change the lights, keeping cfl at the moment..

Guys what u think? Any change needed? @Moflow
They look quite stretched, probably because of the weak light.
See if you can pull over the tall stems to lower them a bit, even out the canopy.
Depending on how supple the plant is you could lower it's height quite significantly.
I've even weaved branches together, tying them in knots.
You can even bend some strains right over so they're pointing downwards, they'll soon grow upwards looking for the light.
For instance, in the 1st pic, tie a piece of string, about 3- 4" from the top and gently pull it down. It should bend over ok without snapping. Just take your time doing it.
When you bend it over to your satisfaction tie the other end off to plants main stem or drill a hole on the top of pot and tie it to that.

Lots of stretch on that, you're gonna end up with some burn most likely unless you can do some serious training.

Question, how do you find that tent to be otherwise?

@Hi @dubanpoisoner, I'm going to check today if i can train more as suggested also by @Moflow.

What you mean i'm going to end up with some burn? is not burn cause by too close light? Sorry just trying to understand what you mean by burn.

I think that the Secret Jardin tent, even if I don't have any experience, is really good quality, only cons are that it is quite small, obviously, and right now, it's hard to control the humidity, for the rest i'm quite happy, anything specific you want to know about?

@Wattzzup @dubanpoisoner I will try to apply training today to bring all the stem at the same level and I'll send you photos, if i'm able to lower the main stem enough i will also bring down the light again, right?

Thanks guys, appreciate! I thought everything was going more than great, these comments brought me back to the reality!

I'm pretty new to it, but you might be too late. LST should be done before flower.

Light burn happens when the flower is too close to the light and you can end up destroying the bud there.

I did LST after the 3 week but it was still too late so now I'm trying to tidy things up to get the stem at the same level to improve the flowering

I'm LST to get them closer to the light! How can I burn them with cfl? Unless they touch obviously..

Na , you can LSD them in flowering no problem.
I'm gonna be doing it on a couple of plants shortly.
I do it all the time.

As said on the other post, i'm dwelling to change the light to the Mars Hydro TS600 (which I've available) for this one already or start from the next one and finish this one with this CFL.

Not sure as I may damage it or on the other side significantly improve the crop... let's throw the coin

Yeah I thought around 10 weeks too, hopefully she will be on time and with a lots for me, at least enough to last till the next crop! XD

Will update you guys, honestly i'm colour blind and i get very confuse when it's time to inspect my lady to understand if she is ready XD XD

Crush the stem with your finger and thumb and roll it slowly , it will loosen without snapping and you can level out your canopy and install your new light while there's still time to take advantage of it.
