I don't think that plant ever had root aphids or any root eating bugs. From past experience of root eating bugs your plants will only be able to uptake about 1/3 the amount of water or nutes,with all the rain you have dealt with that plant would be dead. If it has a normal amount of frost on the buds it's good to go. If you are concerned about all the goodness being flushed from your plants from the rain scratch in some flowering nutes

The aphids and ants are there though. Was looking at the little shits running around yesterday in this plant and others pots lol.

Got this going on though on 2 plants out there that were slow to flower with it's sisters of the same feminized seed batch. Thinking something roots, pest or moisture.

It could be just a plant that isn't right for your area. It looks to me it is near the bottom and one branch the rest of the plant looks normal, things like that happen this time of year. Your other plants look good so far,I would keep feeding as you are with the rest of your plants. Take notes grow the plants that work for you and each season try a few new strains.
