I agree. legalize marijuana! Treat it like alchohol. If alchohol is legal i think marijuana should be too. I'd say alchohol causes more damage to people then marijuana ever would.

Exactally, each state should just set state regulations on the useage amount of marijuana or the distribution amount of marijuana, and let it be legal.

Yes definately, and the rules should be the same as well i.e..high in public, driving high, driving with a pipe packed..etc..

The only problem is that everyone who smokes marijuana (which is a large amount) agrees with eachother. We need to convince the rest of society that marijuana should be legal.

I understand this, and alot of the older population believe that it is just the worst thing ever, and are so missled by what the mainstream meadia says, and i think it is rediculous

I just think it would eleminate alot of problems and stupid fines if bud was legal, there is no point and putting someone in jail with murders and rapist for smoking something that is safer that Alcohol. It just doesn't make any sense, and it will end drug war on marijuana there will be no need for gangs bringing in bud when it is legal and we can have our own. 43% where do you get those numbers? Hahaha! I want sources because what youre telling me is that nearly 150 million Americans are smoking pot so much that its having an effect on their health not to mention that there are others ways to consume it too.

my opinion is that it shouldnt be like something you can buy/sell but something you can share.only for growing for you and your friends.amsterdam is awful . ok i wouldnt disagree with some coffee shops but i dont like the so called drugtourism.do you know that dutch people dont smoke a lot and dont cause big trouble?the tourism is the problem thats why the english goverment pushed them to close a lot of the shops.the problem is that in a society that something is illegal everybody wants to do it all the time(and that causes problems)cos of the thrill.just try and remember the time when alcohol was illegal.i often use it like a teenager and i dont like that.

I t would have a great effect, less people would turn to all these horrible pills that the pharmecuetical companies sell to anyone w/made up diseases and syndromes...and they would instead use the safest therapeutically active substances known to man, Marijuana....and they wouldnt have all these shitty side affects pills give you, havent any of you ever wondered about when those commercials say "ask your docter about (this drug)"? wtf is that about, isnt your doc supposed to TELL you what YOU need.

There aren't any problems caused by marijuana except the problems revolving around the fact that it isn't legal. It is retarted, it is a renewable resource with multiple good uses. We can even run cars off of the oil produced by it. So why the fuck are we so retarded??? I don't understand, its just the big companies that will lose alot of money if it does become legal that try to make it seem evil and wrong, but they are the one that are evil and dumb. I hate it.

They all make it seem like some freaky nightmareish drug that just ruins life itself. When that is bull shit, it is the starter of life, it is from the earth, it is natural, and is the best answer for our resource problems that we are fighting over. It is a million times safer to use than alcohol, and is safer than cigarettes. So i don't see the problem here. Just a bunch of bullshit.
