led scrog & lst grow (Roots Organic)

Hi everyone,

Second grow here. It has been years since the first time I tried (first one was terrible). Moved to legal state so I'm trying it again.

All of my clones are from nor cal growers. The strains are Skywalker OG, Birthday Cake, Sour Diesel, and Gorilla Glue #4. I've only had these plants for about a week but they are looking pretty good compared to my last grow. The Skywalker (only plant that doesn't have a label) had a rough start but is recovering strong. I just transferred all of them to 5 gallon grow bags.

Using LED to prevent high energy bills and temperatures. I'm using two different LED fixtures 500w & 600w. One provides a hire red spectrum so we'll see how that goes. They are both consuming around 375 watts.

The closet is currently providing temps between 68-74 degrees. Humidity is usually between 45-53 My 48"x24"x60" grow tent will hopefully be here early next week. I will install the scrog when it arrives. I will be also getting a carbon filter to prevent the smell and also for better airflow.

I know my lst method might seem odd but I'm trying it my own way just as an experiment. The tent isn't very tall so I'm trying to keep my plants as low as possible.

Your tent is five foot tall and your going to be using LED's--plants could be 3 feet tall, and assuming you hang the light 1 foot from the top, then you still will be 12 inches from the top of the plants to the light---with LED's this is not too close. Don't sweat too much about the height

Oh yeah--miscalculation--the pots are probably about a foot tall, so you only really got room for around 24 inches of plant---carry on mate--my bad

Yeah, I'm trying to grow them as sideways as possible.

how long do you guys think I should let them veg?
