Led guys chime in

I think my HLG's in the main room work out to about 32w FSF of canopy.
I think the overlap helps in bigger rooms with multiple lights so it doesn't need as much. I don't use many watts either. But like multiple lights. I'm just a little guy, but I've got 5 lights in my 3x7 space and 650 is enough, which is about 30 watts a sq. ft.

I usually do all my 288's at 90 watts a piece, but these new clones crave more light, so I've been raising some of them a bit.

I'm just a little guy though. No awesome massive setup, and lack the skills for those canes you're making. OK, I gotta wipe my nose off now,

Overlap does help alot in a bigger room. You can raise them higher and get a bigger footprint. If I had known what I know now, I would have wired the ceiling for more outlets, and tossed some other lights in between rows. ... maybe down the road. I can't spend any more money right now until this market turns around. Kinda sucks at the moment.

Hell ya. I think those lights you have will be good for years still. Maybe add some UV if anything. UV definitely helps make frostier nugs. But your setup is sweet how it is now if you ask me.

Thanks man!.. it works for now. Upgrades may be in the future... Im either going to keep going, or go work a forklift part time. We'll see how the market does in 2022.
EDIT: I've never worked a forklift, but I can pick up a golf ball with a front end loader on the tractor.

Forklifts are easy as hell compared to the shit you do. Sucks about the shitty market there now. I think I saw that Free Weed sign post, lol.

It's actually kinda fun operating forklifts and shit. I had a buddy that managed a food warehouse and he asked if I wanted to help him out. I said sure, and learned to drive all that stuff. It was really easy actually.

I did most shit on a Cherry Picker in the freezer. I'd get high, turn on tunes, and then rock n roll picking the shit. What's cool is I'm at the top of the forklift up to a few stories up and moving forwards, backwards, or turning at the same time as going up or down. It was kinda a rush for me.

Didn't hurt that my best friend was the boss, and if I felt like not coming in he'd get someone else to do it. The walleye are bitting, sorry,

Yeah man, I can operate all the heavy equip if I just get a few moments to learn the controls. When I built my shop, I needed to clear 45ish trees, and a buddy of mine owned a D10 bulldozer. He let me operate it, and FUuuuck.. It took trees out like they were toothpicks in shallow soil. It was fun.

If you can master Tannerite, you can master forklifts, :bigjoint:
