You think you have it bad?
The Scottish government banned Air rifles (aka pellet gun) we need a firearms license to own one.
That's ridiculous!... This is my Sig .22 pellet air rifle that Paige gave me for my birthday. 1200fps, at 3000psi. Might be the most accurate small arms that I have. 30 round drum feed mag, fires as fast as you can pull the trigger. The compressor costs more than the gun itself, but after about 100 rounds, it's down to 2000psi. Plug the tank into the compressor, and you're back up to 3000psi in about 4 min. They even make these "air guns" up to .45 caliber. Fun little shooter, and cheap to shoot! (ammo wise).... and you can buy it online at ...

Those are neat, for the price I’d rather a real gun but I get the appeal.

Yeah, if you shoot alot, it makes sense... ammo is higher than Willie Nelson, and most of the time, hard to find. I have a pretty large collection of handguns, rifles, shotguns,... but this one is like $17 for 500 rounds. I buy ammo whenever I can find it, even if I don't need it. Most of my friends have 1000's of rounds stocked up. I used to buy Russian 7.62x.39 by the 1000 rd sardine can.. but you just can't find it anymore. And IF you can, it's high as hell.
EDIT: Sorry OP for the thread derail... Just buy an HLG, and you'll be happy.

Big fan of mars hydro fce series myself, lots of diodes per watt especially for the price. But money no object I’d probably go with the new chilled growcraft ultra. 8200 diodes on 600w. It’s $2500 but for something likely to last 10+ years it might be worth it.

Personally I have a phytomax-2 1000 but I got it at a deal cheaper than a photontek xt1000watt c02 so if price was the reson for not suggesting it then I'd understand but they are solid build and delivers on yields down side of the light I'd say is the adjustment of light to keep a specific footprint but at 30 inches I'm getting average 900ppfd for a 4by4 footprint but I use it over 5by5 more than enough. But since people are deterred by blackdog leds go with photontek way more ppfd than you know what to do with its dimmable tho and its a bar light fixture so you will get your foot print no matter and has a efficacy of 2.9 diodes are high quality it's a light that gets the job done and more

I have a demo unit photontek sent me. It's a beast to say the least well worth the money for it. Blackdog I wouldn't use if they were given to me. They're outdated and pretty much junk especially for the price. If money is no option fohse ai3 is an absolute monster. Strong like a coked out hooker on bath salts type of strong but you need really high ceilings to use those lights at max power 1500w of led is no joke.

If there's people out here buying marshydro or spiderfarmer and was the same price they would cave atleast I get a 5by5 flowering footprint honestly spectrum blackdogs are much better lland the plants nodes are more tight photontek has better design iv compared same cuttings and both have pros and cons but I don't seem many people making comparisons just opinions
