Looking grand in there, as for the gml leaf strip I just thought it was funny. People at opposite sides of the globe, humour doesn't always come across.
I tried to watch the gml show twice or more but then again I just think he was constantly repeating himself, so I really only watched one show.
Bound to be some lovely aroma's in that room.

Thank you for the kind words friend. I can agree that The GML show is a bit repetitive however it is a really nice informational platform for growers to enjoy. And yes the aromas are starting to ramp up in here

I learned a lot from the gml show before I outgrew it, so to speak. Learning in here and everywhere else I can find where people are into sharing good information. Props to Cali for adding to that.

Very nice looking. Density/Size looks to be a bit weak. Are you finding these LED's can't produce the density or is the genetics more in play here?
@Hot Diggity Sog in my experience with LEDs density has not been a problem at all. The LED's have actually grown some of the most dense flowers I've grown to date, literally hard as rocks. This specific strain packs on its size in the last 2 weeks of flower, well at least for the sunset sherbert. The GP5 is a really new pheno introduced to my garden, so I'm still learning her. But I must say overall LEDs are pretty much a dream come true in perspective to a efficiency and efficacy for a lighting source and I've went from using single ended bulbs to daul ended bulbs and have now converted to LEDs.

My experience switching to LED was the same; smaller nugs, but so much denser and harder they they weighed more. Better flavor and better effect, too.

What kind of LED's do you use? And how close do you run them to the plant canopy? Im theorizing that if we run the rigs closer to the plant canopy we can get bigger buds with LED's, but not too close to where it damages the ladies. I will be putting my theory to the test during my next cycle.

I built modules with four CREE CXB 3590 COBs each, and ran them at 54W apiece. The modules pull 224W total with driver. 3500K. They have 90 degree glass lenses on them (if I recall correctly). I run them about 30" from the trellis, but the plants grow towards the lights.

I'm a hardcore stripper and haven't found a plant that doesn't enjoy it 8-) Better air circ, more buds and less larf...whats not to like!

Different strokes for different folks I guess! Would still like to see a cloned side by side...i keep forgetting to do it. Must remember next time...someone remind me!

You could stop guessing the light and measure it at canopy with a cheap lux meter. There's an easy conversion to ppf, I think you divide by 69. So 55,000 lux is around 800 and enough for flower without Co2.
