Led Diy build help

Thank you very much. How many leds can one driver push
It all depends on what LED's and what size driver you want to use. The HLG QB 120's come in a 4-pack and each board can be ran up to 70w without a heatsink so you can pair all 4 to a 240w driver. Or you could buy 2x 4-packs and run them all on a 480w driver. The options are pretty endless with DIY. They all have different current and voltage requirements. If you let us know what strips or boards you want to use and how many we can recommend a specific driver.

How high off the canopy do you think my current lights should be?

Gotcha. I am wondering if I cant go up a few inches
You'll fry the shit outta the plants at a few inches away with the burples, especially if they has lenses on them.
They should have a recommended hanging height to enable correct amount of light AND spread.
Closer you go the more intense the light and smaller the footprint.
What make and model are the burples?

i agree with @NukaKola ^^^

it seems like way more space that you need. i think 480w of led for veg is going to be plenty if you want to do the whole space.

here's a few simple options tho:

2 packs of these in 4000K

2 of these

get some aluminum angle and build a frame or check out tnutz for some tslot extrusions for a decent price.

if you want to get the best bang for your buck check out strip builds

these are what i would get if you have the $

if you want to save a few $ get these:

I don't have time to do the math to find the driver for them but some other nice person will I am sure :)
Is that for 4 boards $120

Besides lights, what are you planning for heating/cooling? Enough power? Walls or tents? It's a big space.. have you thought about vertical growing?

It stayed between 80 and 82 all summer plants loved it. Will have to see how the colder months go but have a heater to use if it gets to cold
