I am having a difficult time fixing this problem.

The plant is about 3-4weeks old. I belive the soil is actualy some sort of moss and a little perlite. I have yet to water the plant since I recieved it about a week ago. The only nutes used sofar is 5-1-1 fish fert, I have been reading and I am thinking this is from over watering but i think there is somthing else at work here too. Please help me with this!!

There is plenty of water the meter reads inbetween 6-7 moist. I have not watered it since I got it so I am almost sure there maybe some problems from the soil retaining too much water. But I am not positive.

The top of the soil looks dry as bone but the meter reads good. Put the meter down an inch then slowly push to the botton while noting the moisture as you go down. It should help you keep a perfect watering schedule which may be the problem. Aslo is the second pic the ph? Its a tad high and may also be the problem. It may need the correct ph water if you have a meter. If you think someone over nuted it i would flush the pot at the next watering. If not add some nuts like cal-mag. Doesn't look to serious if you take good care of it.

Medical. The redings are taken from about the center of the pot height. I will be watering with 6.0 ph water when needed. I am too afraid to flush the plant due to the soil properties. Like I said I have not watered the plant for a week and the levels are still moist!! Does it look like it is overferted? I am currious would it be worth clonning this plant in its current state? I dont know the sex of the pant.

fuck.. i just typed something then clicked on a picture (d eleated it all)

well consider this.... if your using nutes or water thats not proper ph then materials...( salt minerals w.e) will build up around your roots and cause your plant to not absorb what your giving it.... flushing would help with that....

consider also... your moisture meter is shit and is missreading... if your plant is overwatered flushing will not help.... but i dont think watering ... either over or under would continuosly keep killing leaves.... unless done to an extreme... and it would prolly show yellowing first?

i suggest waiting for someone to confirm this or tell you im wrong befor taking action... woll your doing this search the site for a deficiency thread or a diagnosis thread... ive seen 2-3 very good ones with alot of info....

( keep in mind i have no experience with any of this.. im just giving you possiblitys of what might be wrong with your plant)

Thanks Wouldnt flushing impact the situation even more as there is too much water in the soil already?
I have taken measurements at many depths and locations. It apprears that the top inch is just barley moist and the second inch is in the 6-7 range. I have not had any problems with the meter as of yet. It is fairly new only about 4 months. I need one of your experienced growers to help me with this.

Thanks Puff. So if it is a nute build up what would it take to flush the plant? It is in a 1 Gallon container. If I am wrong, could this compound the situation even more?

Thanks

Just a gallon or 2 of spring/distilled water drain well. Flush cant hurt unless your plants are hungery. Then they will just have to starve a couple more days, but atleast you will be able to tell.

I Will Fluch Tonite And See What She Looks Like Tomorrow. I Think I Might Take 1 Or 2 Clones Aswell To See If I Can Keep Her Alive That Way. What Do You Think?

Yea, if you think your going to loose her, that is the best way... Hopefully she recovers with the flush and you just take a couple of and come out with 3 really nice girls, cause it is a good looking plant in spite of......

Good luck let me know how it goes....
