large vertical room need pointers

ive been trying to find some answers to a question thats been bugging me for a while.


In a vertical setup... how many feet on either side of the light is going to give me good even growth...

i have 2 1k lights in a 8 by 4 box im building...
i think i need the plants to be 2 foot from the bare 1k light correct?
so on the 8foot long walls... how far above and below the light can i go ... the lights arent stacked.. the length is 8 foot and i have the two lights spaced evenly.. one at3 foot from the end .. and the next 2 foot from that..

so to the right and left of the lights i need to know how high and low i can go...
if i go 4 foot high then the centre will be 2 foot from light and the very top and bottom will be about 3 foot ..

is that too far for a 1k light?


anyone with any experiance with vert grow i would love to hear what you think about light spacing
