i agree..i'm glad you asked this question..also, if voters can indeed do this, why then the GOP's War on Voter Fraud?
i do use mail often as a way of voting..how do i know it is counted?

That's another good question. I wonder how many absentee ballots are truly counted.
One thing is though, it's proof of residence to get your ballot at your house, but I don't see anything stopping anyone from using someone else's once it's sent. Might be new people living at that address. Like that article pointed out. The type of people without ID are also the type that wouldn't bother with a change of address form.
The type of person that doesn't have an ID, and filling out a change of address form is too much bother are most likely not pubs. I'm for ID to vote, seems so obvious and sensible in this day and age. I think if the vast majority of those in that situation weren't dem voters, it would be a bipartisan effort.

yeah, it's only sensible to disenfranchise massive portions of the electorate to weed out that 0.0001151% of fraudulent votes, says the guy whose ideas are so horrible that they would be voted down otherwise.
It isn't, unless of course the popular vote in your state is very close, otherwise its winner takes all and your vote doesn't count for jack shit.
