KKK chapter to hold rally on South Carolina Statehouse grounds

Reading within the context of the conversation instead of one post at a time might help you better understand where people are coming from. Yes slavery is fucked up, I just don't agree with this mentality that Americans are the only ones to blame for the slave trade or that they were the worst offenders as far as treatment goes.

no, but they were cutting edge back in the day..the south's leadership leaves a lot to be desired, is all..why do you think it's not a northern thing?

I'm not sure what you mean with your final question? What's not a northern thing? Slaves were also owned in northern states.

You two bookends missed your mark in time. You should have both been here when many others felt as you do. Maybe 1850 i South Carolina or such.
So for saying "America has moved beyond slavery, yet slaves are still traded in Africa to this day" I'm somehow a racist?

The point you clearly missed is that despite you blaming America for slavery, it was in fact Africa that perfected it and still practice it to this day.

It doesn't take much time reading this forum to realize that some people actually have an I.Q. of 100 or less.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.
Your self deprecation can be a sign of depression.

Go see a psychotherapist.

How you like those diamonds you bought your girl? What about those pimp new Jordans you're kicking around in. Or even that 10 dollar glass pipe you bought at the gas station?

Most people don't give two shits about slavery.
