Is there any other way than running sterile?Imo unless you have air flow or run sterile it can stagnate ....
But mine is almost air tight
Just cause the sprayers churn the water doesnt mean that its refreshing the air in the chamber .
Not arguing just sayin
Gotchya, appreciate your thoughts. I think I’m going to run an air stone since I too have several just laying around and an air pump that’s just collecting dustExactly same thing it adds air to the water before it sprays out .
With a pump it churns it enough just through the spraying i just added stones as i have a fuck tone of stones and little air pumps
But i threw the venturi away lol
Ball valves work great! I used many on my pump manifolds. You can also syphon the water, use a pump to drain the res, use a wetvac, or, if you decide to go with a small tote, it's easy enough to carry. Can you guys give me some input on how you drain your reservoirs. I know it should be a common since question, but I feel I’m not quite doing it as efficiently as I could be doing it. This is the bal valve drain adapter setup I got this morning for like five bucks. I’m thinking of putting the L downward with the ball valve part inside the reservoir to control drainage. I’m a little bit of an over thinker if you haven’t noticed yet lol
I love working with pipes!I’m going to use this simple 2 part drainage on all my reservoirs. Cheap and water tight and easy as twisting a lever. Over the years I’ve learned so much about plumbing due to wanting to grow weed, it’s kinda cool how this hobby forces you to learn about electronics, water content, plumbing. I got my best plumbing knowledge when I installed an “easy” r/o system at my old house. Not so easy. Now I’m rambling.
Hah that looks legit. Some Dr. Seuss shit right there lol. I think we are similar in the fact that we don’t mind breaking the KISS rule if time allows
Nice nice!Yep drains are nice.
I found a hand water pump at hemp depot
It pumps a gallon in 4 strokes so i dont have to clean out my vacuum when i wana use it wet
They cut stalks of your plants with ease too. I use them to cut down my plants and chop up the stalks.I’m going to be making a bunch of little projects with pvc now that I bought a pair of pvc cutters. Wow, what a difference. It makes these projects fun when you can cut the pvc with ease. I used to avoid pvc bc I hated sawing
I use my cutters a lot, but they're notorious for cutting off-angle. If I've got a lot of pipes I'm cutting, or need precision, I use my mitre saw (chop saw). Any blade will work.I’m going to be making a bunch of little projects with pvc now that I bought a pair of pvc cutters. Wow, what a difference. Those cuttings aren't small at all. You might even cut a few of the fan blades on each.Well, I’m testing the cloner out today. Some of The cuts are a little smaller than what I like to start with, but I couldn’t wait any longer to test this thing out. I will keep you guys updated on how they do. There is about 10 gal of adjusted r/o water in the reservoir: ph= 5.8 ec= 0.4. Ingredients that went into the water are calmag, rapid start, and a little bit of GH flora bloom. This has always proved to be a good mixture for cloning for me
Yup, i use my lil dewalt 20v chopsaw i love that little thingI use my cutters a lot, but they're notorious for cutting off-angle. If I've got a lot of pipes I'm cutting, or need precision, I use my mitre saw (chop saw). Any blade will work.
Always got a future in plumbing
